These Terms of Use (“Terms”) explain how you can use our software, fulfillment services, and reseller programs. By signing up or using Acquireful, you’re agreeing to these Terms. If you don’t agree, you shouldn’t use our platform or services.

1. What We Mean by Certain Words

“We,” “our,” “us” = Acquireful.
“You,” “your” = the person or company using Acquireful.
“Clients” = the people or businesses you serve through Acquireful.
“Platform” = our SaaS software, dashboards, and tools.
“Fulfillment services” = campaign management, ad setup, reporting, and other work we do for you.
“Reseller” = agencies or consultants who white-label Acquireful and resell it to their Clients.

2. Who Can Use Acquireful

You must be at least 18 (or the legal age in your region) and able to enter into a contract. By using Acquireful, you confirm that’s true.

3. Your Responsibilities

When using Acquireful, you agree to:

Provide accurate account and billing details.

Keep your login secure and don’t share it outside your team.

Follow all laws and advertising platform rules (like Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn).

Be responsible for your Clients’ actions when they use Acquireful through you.

Not hack, scrape, reverse-engineer, or misuse the platform.

4. Advertising Fulfillment

If you use our done-for-you services:

We’ll set up, manage, and optimize campaigns based on your input.

We’ll do our best, but we can’t guarantee specific results like conversions, revenue, or ROAS.

You’re responsible for budgets and approvals.

Ad spend is billed separately by the ad platforms (Google, Meta, etc.) unless we clearly say otherwise.

5. Using the Acquireful Platform

Access to the platform requires a paid plan.

You can use it for your own campaigns and your Clients’.

We may update features from time to time.

Some features depend on outside integrations—like CRMs or ad networks—and you’re responsible for connecting them.

6. Resellers & White-Labeling

If you’re reselling Acquireful:

You can brand it as your own, but Acquireful still owns the underlying software and services.

You are the main contact for your Clients—we don’t contract directly with them.

You handle your Clients’ billing and support unless we agree otherwise.

Please represent our services honestly. If we see misuse or non-payment, we can suspend or end your reseller access.

7. Payments & Subscriptions

Acquireful runs on subscription plans (monthly or yearly).

Fees are charged in advance and generally non-refundable unless required by law.

Non-payment may result in suspension or cancellation.

Extra services beyond your plan may cost more, and we’ll let you know before charging.

8. Intellectual Property

What’s ours: The Acquireful platform, brand, and content belong to us. You get a license to use them while following these Terms.

What’s yours: Anything you upload (like ads, data, or content) is yours. You give us permission to use it only as needed to run campaigns and operate the platform.

9. Privacy & Data

We handle personal data according to our [Privacy Policy].

You’re responsible for making sure your Clients’ data complies with privacy laws (like GDPR or CCPA).

We do our best to protect your data, but no system is 100% secure.

10. No Guarantees (Disclaimer)

Acquireful is provided “as is.” We don’t promise:

Specific results from ad campaigns,

Uninterrupted platform access, or

Perfect compatibility with every third-party system.

11. Limiting Liability

If something goes wrong, we’re not responsible for indirect damages like lost profits, lost Clients, or lost data. Our total liability is limited to what you’ve paid us in the past six (6) months.

12. Indemnity

If a claim arises because of how you or your Clients use Acquireful, you agree to cover us against those claims.

13. Ending or Changing the Agreement

You can cancel anytime, but past payments aren’t refunded.

We can suspend or terminate your account if you break these Terms.

Some obligations (like payments or indemnity) survive cancellation.

We may update these Terms. If we do, we’ll post the new version, and by continuing to use Acquireful, you accept the changes.

14. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of [Insert Jurisdiction, e.g., Delaware, USA]. Any disputes will be handled in the courts of [that jurisdiction]. Before going to court, let’s try to work things out in good faith.

15. The Legal Stuff

This Agreement, along with our Privacy Policy and other posted policies, is the full agreement between us.

If one part isn’t enforceable, the rest still applies.

You can’t transfer these rights to someone else without our okay. We can transfer them if we’re acquired or merged.

If we don’t enforce a term right away, that doesn’t mean we’re waiving it.
